1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location.

  • To Malaysia: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.
  • International orders: Delivery usually takes 14–31 days, depending on customs and destination.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible.

You can check your tracking details anytime on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number and email to see the latest updates.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way.

4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello.ervita@gmail.com. We can only make changes before your order has been shipped.

5. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?

Don’t worry! Sometimes it can take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after that time, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

7. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

At the moment, we do not offer COD. All payments must be completed online through our secure checkout.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Paypal as payment options.

9. Are there any customs fees or taxes?

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
